FAQs

Our team will process your Click and Collect order as quickly as possible. While we aim to have it ready within 4 business hours, this timeframe may vary depending on demand. Rest assured, we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup! 😍  

You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS letting you know when it’s ready for pickup. If you haven’t heard from us after 4 hours, feel free to reach out to our team for an update!

You can pick up your Click and Collect order as soon as you receive the 'Your order is ready for collection' email or SMS notification. 

Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the store to ensure your order is ready for you!

Once an order has been placed online for delivery to your home or business address, we are unable to directly switch this over to a Click and Collect order. If you have changed your mind with online delivery and would prefer to pick up in store, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if they can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Note: If your order is placed before 1pm AEST, there will be a chance your order has already been processed apart of our 'Same Day Dispatch' policy. 

2. Once our customer service team have confirmed the order has been canceled and refunded, you can then jump back onto the website and place the order using the Click and Collect options. 

Please note: Refunds may still take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. 

Something else to be aware of is that if your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel or switch this over. However, we will supply you with your tracking information to keep updated on its arrival. 

Using Click and Collect is super easy and completely user-friendly! Simply head to your favourite product and use our 'Click and Collect Widget' below the add to cart button.

Pop in your postcode and then find our nearest store with stock! All our stock is live so there will be no surpises or disappointments with your order. 



Simply add your items to your cart, select Click and Collect at checkout, and choose your preferred store. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. It's that simple! 

We’ll hold your order for 7 business days from the purchase date to make sure you have plenty of time to collect it. Our friendly store team will stay in touch with you during this time to remind you about pickup and help ensure you don’t miss out.

Yes, you’ll receive both an SMS and an email when your Click and Collect order is ready 📱

These notifications will include a 6-digit code, which you’ll need to bring with you to collect your order! You will also receive a confirmation SMS and email once your order has been collected.

When collecting your order, please bring your 6-digit confirmation PIN, which you’ll find in both your SMS and email notification. This helps us quickly verify your order and get you on your way!

In short answer, yes someone else can pick up your order! They will just need to show our store team the 6 digit confirmation PIN from the email or SMS. 

Please note that we cannot accept just a name of the order as verification.

Absolutely you can! However, please note that the following conditions apply:

  • One sample per order only.
  • Sample availability may vary between stores.
  • Sample type, brand, and flavour may differ depending on store stock.
  • Samples are selected at the discretion of the store team based on availability.

Make sure you select your FREE sample at the checkout, otherwise ask our staff when you pick up your order!

When placing a Click and Collect order, you can choose from the following payment methods available on our website:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Afterpay
  • PayPal

Important Note:
Please be aware that Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported for Click and Collect orders. If you select one of these payment methods at checkout, your order will automatically be processed as an online delivery instead.

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will coordinate with the postal service to get it redirected to an address that suits you, such as a P.O. Box if necessary. In the event of a redirection issue, we can also attempt to have it re-delivered to a more convenient collection point, to save you time and hassle.
